Do I need a license to ride? Are there age requirements?

All our vehicles are new national-standard e-bikes that require no driver's license. By law, riders must be at least 16 years old to ride legally on the road.

How do I pay the rent?

You can pay via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or cash. Weekly and monthly subscriptions are supported — the process is simple and transparent.

Is insurance included? What if the vehicle is damaged?

Yes, all rental vehicles include full insurance. During the rental period, you won't be charged for repairs unless the damage is intentional. Please ask our store staff for details on the coverage.

Are a helmet and raincoat included?

For your safety and convenience, every rental comes with a free, safety-certified helmet and a portable raincoat — ride with peace of mind in any weather.

What's the battery range? What if it runs out?

Range is 35–50 km depending on the model. A charger is included with the bike, and you can charge it at any charging station yourself.

Can I return the bike elsewhere or end the rental early?

Currently, returns are mainly handled at our store. You can return the bike anytime during your rental period.
